Would give zero stars if I could but 1 is my best option here. UPDATE: After a few calls and revisiting the dealership, a sales manager (Yasin) reached out to me about the missing key. Apparently there never was a 2nd key for my vehicle, they mistaked it for another car in their inventory. The manager did arrange for a new key to be made for me and filled my gas tank since I had to make multiple trips back to the dealership. This process took about 3 weeks but so far I’m satisfied with the measures taken to resolve my issue. More

Phillip was great. However the cleanup and detail of the vehicle was very disappointing. Left the undercarriage with dirt on the chassis everywhere. Pulled out the telescoping mirrors to find them full of dirt. Black paint on the gray vinyl console where carpet was touched. Hard chemicals left the chrome trim permanently with a haze or have rubbed off. This is the first time I’ve seen a vehicle being sold this dirty and this is a 2025 with 6k miles. More
