Our salesman (Austin) was great. Finance guy (Dan) was condescending, clearly irritated with us, and gave us inaccurate information. We were charged $600 for a LoJack that wasn’t ins Finance guy (Dan) was condescending, clearly irritated with us, and gave us inaccurate information. We were charged $600 for a LoJack that wasn’t installed (working on this part). Overall prices were fair, but there is no reason to need to be at a dealer over 6 hours when you’ve picked out the vehicle and are paying cash. More
