I did everything over the phone with Hebert giving me a virtual walkthrough and it was seamless. Only thing is I made the cashiers check out for an extra $100.00 ( my mistake) and I'm still waiting for my virtual walkthrough and it was seamless. We had a great experience! We were very impressed with the whole process. Even though Hebert's wife had a baby the day before, he was focused on us while we were there and then We were very impressed with the whole process.
