My car was dirty, 2 tires had nails, been over a week and I’m still waiting on my new tire. I had to take my car back to be cleaned and I live over 45 minutes away. Excellent salesman. Sale manager (negotiator) was ok. Finance experience ok, he attempted to upsell maintenance coverage (~10% of vehicle cost), which was a negative. First time dealing with no haggle pricing. That was Ok. Sales lady was knowledgeable about the model I chose. Seemed very long for paperwork to get finished. A big waste of time. Sale That was Ok.
