During my recent visit, I witnessed a specific sales manager subjecting his staff to a level of verbal abuse that was honestly shocking. Seeing a leader treat their team with that kind of public disresp manager subjecting his staff to a level of verbal abuse that was honestly shocking. Seeing a leader treat their team with that kind of public disrespect, especially in front of clientele, signals a massive lack of professional integrity and a toxic internal culture. As a customer, if this is how leadership treats their own people, I simply cannot trust this establishment with my vehicle or my financial interests. Frankly, this individual is a liability to your reputation. I previously attempted to post a review regarding this, but it was removed because I couldn’t provide the manager's name (as his photo is not listed on your website). Regardless, I feel upper management needs to be made aware of this behavior, as I am certain it was not an isolated incident. I strongly suggest a formal review of your floor leadership before more customers transition to your competitors. More

Ivan and Julia were wonderful helping me purchase my car. A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. Hands down the best car buying experience ever. From our beginning interaction with Nathan from internet sales to set up our appointment to the customer service from Peral was second to none. No haggle pricing only works if the price is competitive and it was. No strange fees. Communication was above expectations throughout the entire process. Usually the finance office is where things are the toughest, but again, we went over everything and there were no "time share" tactics. We said yes and no and were out in 15 minutes. We love ceramic coating and had that completed which was fantastic. However, when we picked up the car, had one small concern with the tires. This where I expected a normal car dealership experience to kick in because we had completed the sale at this point. However, Shane Loman went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of apologizing for the inconvenience. Spencer from the service department was great and communicated throughout the entire process. I may not remember all the names, but what I will remember is that with the entire staff and our interactions were consistently excellent and exceeded expectations. When I purchase another vehicle, it will be with Jerry Hunt. Do yourself a favor, if you are purchasing a car, at least give this dealership a chance. More

I live almost two hours away from the dealership and I put an inquiry in on AutoTrader, immediately I’m flooded with calls even though I had specifically requested not to be called. I get it, that’s how dealers operate. I made sure the car was available, and they wanted to run my credit over the phone. xxxx no, so I went to my bank to do the financing because I don’t like my credit ran 5-10 times just to get a high rate so they pocket extra percentage. On a Monday, I sat at the bank for three hours waiting on them to send over the paperwork on the car with no answer for hours. Tuesday rolls around and at seven PM i send a text asking for the information because I will be going back to the bank the next day. Immediately responded with the car had sold and that they would get me into another car. I have a specific criteria and nothing else met that on their lot. It is now Thursday of the nonstop calls after I have already bluntly told them to cease contact. I will not be doing business with these people, and I would rather try to sell ice to a penguin. This is the sorriest excuse of a dealership and their pathetic business practices. Please steer clear. More
