We spent a lot of time at the dealership. We weren't really sure we wanted to trade my car in and get another. We were just looking. We did test drove two and ultimately bought one. The two p We weren't really sure we wanted to trade my car in and get another. We were just looking. We did test drove two and ultimately bought one. The two people that worked with us were great. They were just very busy and multi-tasking between customers. There was a truck we wanted to see and we never got to that since it took so long with the negotiations for the trade and the purchase paperwork. At the end, we were tired when they brought out the car and didn't wait for them to fill it up with gas which we feel should have been done before they brought it out after the purchase. Their key minder was also left on the key fob and I live 45 minutes away so I have to figure out how to get that back to them. They do have a lot of inventory and tell you that they have a strict "re-condirioning" process but the first car we test fmdrove had a crack in the windshield, another we wanted to test drive had a problem with the lift gate so I have to wonder about how thorough it is. All in all, we would probably go back, they have good inventory, good prices and, with one pushback, gave us a good deal on our trade-in. More
