This dealership is a scam. They upcharge vehicles for 1. A second note is when you agree on a price and they go and change it on the paperwork but conveniently fail to mention They upcharge vehicles for 1. Our salesperson Jocee took advantage of the fact that we had a child with us and wasn't paying attention and told us one price, however, the paperwork that now has our signature on it says our payment is $100 more than the agreed upon price. The system is a joke and I will do everything in my power to deter anyone away from doing business here. Pathetic excuse for a car dealership. More

Just wasn't a great experience. I had my own financing, however the finance guy did nothing but try and upsale maintenance packages. I had to send in all the information to my bank I had my own financing, however the finance guy did nothing but try and upsale maintenance packages. I had to send in all the information to my bank even though all he had to do was call and make a couple of clicks. I gave him the information that my bank wanted. I waited an hour to try and get talked into stuff I didn't want. More

We have pointed out corrections that need to be made to the documents that still aren't corrected. Also, we asked about a second keyfob 3 times and were told there was only one available. After spending $250.00 to have one made, we got a call that there is indeed a second key fob for us to pick up. My suggestion is take the time to complete the sale the same at it does to secure the sale. More
