Everyone else was very polite, professional and handled us with care except for my salesman (Dylan). He was so eager to want to make sales and didn't care about seeing the sale thru which is part of his jo us with care except for my salesman (Dylan). The finance officer (Jason) and manager were fantastic to work with along with the assigned salesman's supervisor. I've worked in sales and customer service for over 20 years. Dylan was advised by the finance officer and myself to finalize something that was part of his job and he pawned it off for me to handle and he should've assisted with it. I have a very busy schedule during the week on the road as a salesman and he kept distracting me during my work hours about something he was suppose to handle during the time I was there with him but instead he was focused on selling someone else something after closing the deal without completion. More
