Overall experience with this dealership is trash due to how they treat you once you become a car owner of theirs They have not treated me like family. They’ve left me in the dark and I’m unpleased with my experience but the owner Bryan he’s very cool. He made sure I got a car but the people in the store need to learn customer service because they do not have any and I’ve had to call the store compared to the the store calling me with this emergency so no, I have not had a good experience. Made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived and, though there were many salespeople around, one fellow came up and asked if I was the person with the appointment. Already knew I wanted the car and to do a trade-in. The whole transaction took several hours (not a problem, just paperwork and a wonderful test drive) dealing with very nice folks including the “shadow.” Even drove the 1:45 to deliver the car and pickup the title. More
