Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We were told it would take about 5 days to get our car here, it took 3 weeks to get the car from their Arizona office to the Utah location, we were l We were told it would take about 5 days to get our car here, it took 3 weeks to get the car from their Arizona office to the Utah location, we were lied to so many times, first it was the hauler broke down, then it was the driver fell off the hauler, who knows what the truth was. It took me emailing the owner to get anyone to care that were being stung along. When we went in to sign on the car it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. We had to pick up another temporary this week which was expected but we were told to come anytime after 5pm, we got there at 5pm and the employee was not there and no one seemed to know where our permit was, after nearly 40 minutes of waiting around whomever finally showed up to work. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and we will never purchase another car from Seiner again. More

Ryan M, the sales manager went above and beyond to locate the truck I wanted. Larry in Finance found me the best interest rate I've seen in recent memory. Zaida was my salesperson. Wednesday I checked in for a tire rotation, oil change, nail in 1 tire and for the third time a front airbag safety recall. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can't do the airbag. Took them 2 more ho nail in 1 tire and for the third time a front airbag safety recall. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they can't do the airbag. Took them 2 more hours to do the rotation and the oil change and they forgot to repair the tire. A bunch of losers. I'll never go there again. Paul Hamric More

I HIGHLY recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and have had non stop issues such as defects in the paint, scratches from t from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and have had non stop issues such as defects in the paint, scratches from their service department, and a check engine light. I understand that with a new car, things will happen and that's why I purchased a warranty but the experience of trying to correct these items with the dealership has been extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions I've had to take time off work and spend hours at the dealership to get help in which they treated me and my wife like we were crazy for wanting these items fixed or after talking on several occasions, always acted like it was the first time we've mentioned these things. This morning their service manager was supposed to pick up our car at 9 to bring in for repairs, he wasn't going to show until 10. We've also received service appointments for things that we didn't even schedule. It's getting extremely frustrating to work with this dealership. It's hard to believe that we paid 100k for a car and have had nothing but issues with the car and the dealership. The lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for the market they are in with selling high cost vehicles. Please, do your research elsewhere and do not work with them. More

A sign of a good dealership is how they respond when when they do something wrong. No dealership is perfect and they will have employees who cause problems. In my case, the salesperson, Minnie, was fant they do something wrong. No dealership is perfect and they will have employees who cause problems. In my case, the salesperson, Minnie, was fantastic. But the paperwork processor was not. I was wrongly upsold nearly useless gap insurance and told it was "on us". The sales team reached out to me, checked the recorded session, confirmed I was not correctly informed that the gap insurance had a price, and mailed me a check for the gap insurance price I paid. Past that, minny routinely worked with me to ensure everything else worked out from start to finish. More
