Exorbadant charges $149 just for a diagnosis is ridiculous especially when it took less than 10 mins to discover the issue. Additionally, you would charge double the amount another company is charging me to do the same work. If I can get the same job done for half the price you bet on going elsewhere. Congrats on getting the $149...maybe if you didnt charge so much just for the diagnosis I would have considered letting you do the work but that will not happen. Nice enough people working in service but doesn't override the pricing. This is not a situation where a person "gets what you paid for"....same part, same service and half the price...easy choice.
