I forgot the service advisor is, he was awesome, he let me know all I needed to know. I do say I hate going there because it seems like it takes days to get the car back. although the car is fixed. This was my fifth vehicle purchase from Jerry Ulm, and I think that says a lot about the kind of experience they consistently provide. They must be doing something right, because I continue to come back! think that says a lot about the kind of experience they consistently provide. They must be doing something right, because I continue to come back! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. The entire dealership was exceptionally clean, and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. I also really appreciated the great selection of food and refreshments available—it’s those little touches that make the experience stand out. Every time I’ve dealt with Jerry Ulm, I’ve felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Their team continues to make the vehicle-buying process comfortable and professional, which is exactly why I keep returning. After five vehicle purchases, I can confidently say that Jerry Ulm has earned my business and my recommendation More

Carlos is very patient and pleasant with us. We work with us to get the deal done and we got to test drive different cars and managed to pick the right one. We work with us to get the deal done and we got to test drive different cars and managed to pick the right one. More

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Buyer Beware I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially a vehicle advertised as a “Manager would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially a vehicle advertised as a “Manager Special.” My personal experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel other consumers deserve to know what happened to me. I purchased a vehicle from Jerry Ulm that was presented to me as a good deal. After the purchase, I discovered serious issues that I believe should have been identified before the vehicle was sold to a customer. The vehicle had rotted/deteriorated tires, and I also discovered that the roof was not properly attached to the frame of the vehicle. These are not minor cosmetic issues—they are serious safety concerns. What has been even more frustrating is I also purchased a full coverage warranty protection plan , including coverage relating to the tires. However, I'm being told the warranty doesn't cover these conerns. My biggest concern is that a “Manager Special” should not mean that a customer is accepting a vehicle with potentially serious safety defects and then being left to deal with the consequences after the sale. My advice to anyone shopping at Jerry Ulm: RUN AWAY A dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and the warranties it offers. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Jerry Ulm. On 8/19/26, I drove 650 miles in hopes of doing a deal with Jerry Ulm CDJR for either a 2026 Gladiator or a 2023 preowned Gladiator. I had been texting with Devontae, a sales manager since August 11th a with Jerry Ulm CDJR for either a 2026 Gladiator or a 2023 preowned Gladiator. I had been texting with Devontae, a sales manager since August 11th about buying a preowned Gladiator. I told him I was in NC but willing to drive 650 miles to do a deal. We continued to text throughout last week. I drove overnight from NC to FL to try do a deal. Devontae was made aware how much I was had been offered in a deal in Ocala. I told him the numbers were good and I had to make a decision on whether to go with the deal I already had worked out or give his dealership a chance in Tampa. I told him if I came to his dealership, I would lose the deal in Ocala. He said, “Trust me, if you have driven all the way from NC then I will put pressure on my managers to a wild and crazy deal.” He said, “My job is to see that you have an amazing car buying experience just give me a chance.” He told his managers have been putting pressure on him to get preowned cars in to their dealership. He said recently he has done some crazy deals and he probably wouldn’t have a job by the end of the month because his deals have been so crazy and he has been so aggressive for his customers. He told me they only had five customers in the last hour so his managers will be aggressive with my trade. He asked me to give him a chance and I would not be disappointed. I told him I would come down there and lose out on the Ocala deal because it sounded like I would leave with a deal. I drove down and upon entering I met Devontae. He immediately handed me off to Nizar, a salesman. I never saw Devontae again. He walked by me several times while I was standing in show room and he never spoke or asked how the deal was going. He never told Nizar or the sales managers what he had told me. Also, I had sent him the Ocala deal sheet so he could see the entire deal and what I was getting for my trade. I had to reiterate to Nizar the things I had shared with Devontae and how he promised me that they were going to be aggressive to earn business. The offer was $2,500 short on my trade to even match Ocala’s offer. The car I was purchasing was the same purchase price both places. I looked at two vehicles a new one and the pre-owned. The new one I was trying to get them to competitively match and honor their promise to beat the competitors deal by $2k and offer $2K more for the trade. Neither happened. They didn’t even look at what the competitor had provided me. So the new was out of question. The pre-owned I was told was certified gold. Which means it passed a thorough inspection and came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The certification could not have occurred because the window had 4 chips across it and a crack down the middle. I was still interested even though it would have required a second trip to either pick the truck up or to have the windshield replaced. The bumper was not a factory bumper. It had been replaced with a steel bumper. The offer they put on a deal sheet was the same for my trade as they did before I left NC and they only budged $500. This was still $2K less than Ocala. The sales manager that was above Devontae came out and said they couldn’t do anymore. I explained to him what Devontae promised and he said he was unaware of that. He told me he called his boss and his boss wouldn’t let him go any higher on my trade. I told him that Devontae shouldn’t have made the promises to be aggressive and not follow through. I told him that Devontae didn’t even handle my deal. Devontae stayed out of the area for the most part while I was there except to go in and out of building a couple of times. I told the sales manager that Devontae told me that he was going to put pressure on them to give me the best deal. I told him Devontae said they had been doing wild and crazy deals. The sales manager said, “If we had done your deal it would have been wild and crazy”. More
