Great experience I made my appointment l online, met my sales person but he was busy with someone else so I had a different sales guy help me but then I was handed off I made my appointment l online, met my sales person but he was busy with someone else so I had a different sales guy help me but then I was handed off a third time and ended up with the best sales person. Al Gomez was very knowledgeable, took interest in what I could afford and picked out the best truck for me. I am pleased with my purchase and will request the same sales guy when I’m ready to buy again. The only negative was the amount of time spent at the dealership, my appointment was at 5:30 and I left the dealership at 9:30. That’s way too long. More

Took to long The job which I was told was going to be a short and easy fix of about 3-4 days ended up taken 3 weeks. They told me the car would be done on three di The job which I was told was going to be a short and easy fix of about 3-4 days ended up taken 3 weeks. They told me the car would be done on three different dates and all three dates were wrong. I took days off work which resulted in three days of leave wasted. I wasted gas and time driving back and forth. Once I received my vehicle back, the job was not completed. They told me they would put a new tier on which was in fact in the paperwork, but was not changed out? I feel as if they they were purposely trying to misslead me to save them time and money. I feel this company dose not have the customers best interest at heart. I would not consider them professional or caring. More
Work not complete I dropped off my 2016 Dodge Journey for an oil change and to change out an O2 sensor previously diagnosed but I did not have time to wait. I told the person I that took my keys “I am here to get an oil change and to replace the O2 sensor”. I waited about 1 1/2 Hour, which I thought was appropriate for the work. When I got my car back the engine light was still on. I called Alex and asked why my engine light was still on, and did you not replace the o2 sensor. He stated no one told him about it, which was frustrating to hear because I specifically asked for this work to be completed. I can only make it to your place about every six months. Now I have to come back in to take care of this and I don’t have the time. I would think you would check the engine light when you got in the car to move it. You have a nice text system but it could be used better. I texted Alex during my wait to check in things but he only responded after I waited 15 minutes and asked the check out clerk to find my attendant. Also why even bother to ask what you are coming in for today if you are not serious about taking care of the items I specifically asked to do. But you always want to sell me tires. My vehicle doesn’t even have 30k yet. The last 3 tones I have been in your guys always want to sell tires. Perhaps instead of running the numbers on how much tires cost make sure the required work is done first. More
