Took to long The job which I was told was going to be a short and easy fix of about 3-4 days ended up taken 3 weeks. They told me the car would be done on three di The job which I was told was going to be a short and easy fix of about 3-4 days ended up taken 3 weeks. They told me the car would be done on three different dates and all three dates were wrong. I took days off work which resulted in three days of leave wasted. I wasted gas and time driving back and forth. Once I received my vehicle back, the job was not completed. They told me they would put a new tier on which was in fact in the paperwork, but was not changed out? I feel as if they they were purposely trying to misslead me to save them time and money. I feel this company dose not have the customers best interest at heart. I would not consider them professional or caring. More

Many times during a car buying experience you feel like you are being pressured into accepting a deal you don’t feel completely comfortable with. For me I am walking away from that deal all day long. During the whole experience here I felt completely comfortable with everyone from Jordy Pratt, both sales managers (Icant remember their names, but one on Sunday and one on Tuesday) that we worked with, right up to the finance rep, Albert Franco. It took a while to get to as car buying does, but we got to a number that my wife and I were completely comfortable with. I never felt like just walking away from the dealership because of not making head way in a deal. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, Jerry Ulm is on the very short list of dealerships that will have a chance to earn my business first. Thank you for a great experience. More
