My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee My Jeep was sent over to Jerry Ulm Dodge from another dealership for warranty work so I was not an actual direct customer. When I personally went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle I was treated like one of their best customers by my Service Advisor, Carlos Batista. Mr Batista and his team diagnosed and fixed some difficult repairs and met a critical deadline I had for a driving vacation. Mr. Batista is definitely a real asset to the dealership and I appreciate all of his help. More
