Terrible Communication Took multiple calls and messages to get ahold of someone and when I finally did talk to my service tech it was because someone else knew they were the Took multiple calls and messages to get ahold of someone and when I finally did talk to my service tech it was because someone else knew they were there and went and found them. Then my car was ready to be picked up two days earlier and was sorry that no one called to tell me. I'll never take my Jeep here again. I would rather let a six year old watch YouTube videos on how to fix the problem before I ever go back. More

I will say I was surprised that on the beak down of labor and parts, the nearly $700 bill, agsin expected, estimste, the labor was $363! I use Jerry Ulm because I trust the quality of work. More

Work not complete I dropped off my 2016 Dodge Journey for an oil change and to change out an O2 sensor previously diagnosed but I did not have time to wait. I told the I dropped off my 2016 Dodge Journey for an oil change and to change out an O2 sensor previously diagnosed but I did not have time to wait. I told the person I that took my keys “I am here to get an oil change and to replace the O2 sensor”. I waited about 1 1/2 Hour, which I thought was appropriate for the work. When I got my car back the engine light was still on. I called Alex and asked why my engine light was still on, and did you not replace the o2 sensor. He stated no one told him about it, which was frustrating to hear because I specifically asked for this work to be completed. I can only make it to your place about every six months. Now I have to come back in to take care of this and I don’t have the time. I would think you would check the engine light when you got in the car to move it. You have a nice text system but it could be used better. I texted Alex during my wait to check in things but he only responded after I waited 15 minutes and asked the check out clerk to find my attendant. Also why even bother to ask what you are coming in for today if you are not serious about taking care of the items I specifically asked to do. But you always want to sell me tires. My vehicle doesn’t even have 30k yet. The last 3 tones I have been in your guys always want to sell tires. Perhaps instead of running the numbers on how much tires cost make sure the required work is done first. More
