Customer Service Means a Lot The one on one service rep is wonderful - always helpful and respectful. But you can’t have someone waiting 10 hours to find out what’s wrong, how mu The one on one service rep is wonderful - always helpful and respectful. But you can’t have someone waiting 10 hours to find out what’s wrong, how much it’ll cost and that the vehicle won’t be ready for days. As a result, not sure why there are appointments and why the website references loaners. For two days, I ubered everywhere because first it took a full day to diagnose and then I couldn’t pick up my vehicle because it was still torn apart. Oh and I spent close to $400 just for the diagnosis. If you want someone to spend $4000 on repairs that another garage did in one day for less than half, you need more proactive customer service. Call to provide updates - I called at hour 8 and again at hour 10. Provide a loaner when you can’t get something done in 1 day even though the car is as brought in at the first appointment slot of 7am. It would go a long way. More

A.C. Repair I purchased my 2014 RAM Longhorn in December of 2016. It was Certified Preowned. What A joke. Navigation went out 2 months after (vehicle phone needs service), touchscreen doesn't come on (intermittently), and lastly at 73k miles my A.C. goes out. Is this how cars are made now? I take the car in for it to be looked at, and after some negotiation spent $1500 for the repair. Yesterday, while at a meeting with one of my coworkers, he mentioned the same thing happened to his NEW RAM at 40k miles. He only paid $500 for the repair, at the dealership. AFTER he made a stink about it. Maybe I should have. More
