Recall part I called jerry I’ll after I received my recall post card & set up an appointment for a week later at 12:00. I came in on time for this service. 4 hour I called jerry I’ll after I received my recall post card & set up an appointment for a week later at 12:00. I came in on time for this service. 4 hours later I was told they didn’t have the recall part. Why would they schedule an appointment for a part they didn’t have and why would my time of 4 hours go by before they would tell me they couldn’t fix my Jeep. They did an oil change & didn’t even give me a discount for that after waiting four hours & now I will need to come back at another time that’s two days. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I was also told my tires should be rotated so I said go ahead and rotate them now since I’m here. My service advisor said they already pulled my Jeep out of the garage. So scheduled an appointment but can’t fix my car, tell me about it 4 hours later. Change oil charge me full price instead of making good on my 4 hour wait. Then tell me I need tires rotated but they won’t do it I mean how much worse can it be. More

Tire balance This is my second trip regarding my tires. I returned because my from right tire felt wobbly. They balanced all my tires again. But it still feels wobbly along with the right rear. I believe these tires did not ware properly because they did not rotate them in January when I paid for it. Tire rotation I realized recently that back in January when I paid to have my tires rotated the service department didn’t do it. So when I took my car in I explained what was going on and what happened and the advisor graciously rotated my tires for free. But now my tires are worn unevenly and not driving right. Jerry Ulm should be replacing my tires for free for their screw up. More

Same issue, had to be serviced 3xs. Told it was fixed first time at a $2000.00 price tag. Major inconvenience overall as I was told several times, my issue was fixed.
