Liz, we are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. Brian worked attentively to be able to provide you nothing less than stellar service, but we are sorry that there seemed to be some short-comings. There seems to be some confusion though - we did not take a deposit for a vehicle and then sell it; this action would have been incredibly unprofessional and we do not condone this type of behavior. Our staff apologizes for the mishap with ordering the wrong floor mats, accidents do happen but our administration did reimburse you for the shipping. Regarding the discount - Ford is responsible for validating the "College Rebate" program. At Jerry's Ford of Leesburg, our focus is to provide consumers excellent customer service.
