Sarah was awesome in explaining all the financial paperwork and helped me shop,for the best loan rate and get the payment I wanted. Bruce stayed late to help me get the stickers from my old car transferred over as well as talk to me about the car from a mechanics standpoint. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The Truck we purchased is amazing!! We are very happy so far. Lacy was very friendly and willing to provide great service to us. Brian, I could have talked to him for hours, he knows more about trucks than I do and I thought I knew a lot!! If you go looking for Trucks Brian is your guy! Financing, usually the most painful part of buying was actually very quick and made easy with Sarah. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. She worked hours before I got there the second day to find us the best possible deal she could find. The paper signing was like 10 mins "no kidding". The fastest I've ever seen. No pressure from her to buy extra stuff, she presented and allowed us to decide. Lastly, before I departed that evening I was pulled over to Jill's desk to scheduled the extras the dealership threw in for us. Jill, although was going out of town still scheduled my installs at a time that was best for us, which we really appreciated! Overall it was a great experience and will plan to return for my next Truck!! More

I negotiated a bit via email and got a quote that was sev on the experience of buying a new car from Jerry's Ford. Overall it was a great experience. I negotiated a bit via email and got a quote that was several hundred dollars below the next best offer. The negotiation was much easier than with other dealers and I was very happy with the price. I was afraid that the offer was a bait and switch, but when the final price was processed it was actually about $100 lower than the original offer. The car was delivered the next day and I have been very happy with everything about it. If I needed to buy a another car, I would start with Jerry's Ford. More

COMPLETE RIP OFF AND VERY RUDE!! ED THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT! MARIO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...TERRIBLE. WE HAD OUR TRADE-IN APPRAISED AND A DEAL WRITTEN UP. THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING T GREAT! MARIO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...TERRIBLE. WE HAD OUR TRADE-IN APPRAISED AND A DEAL WRITTEN UP. THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE WAS BEING WASHED AND CLEANED FOR ME TO TAKE HOME. WHEN SITTING DOWN TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK, MARIO COMES AT LAST MINUTE AND SAYS HE DIDN'T REALIZE MY TRADE-IN HAD A PAYOFF. COMPLETE LIE!!! WE WERE THERE FOR 3 HOURS. HE HAD THE ESTIMATE SHEET FOR MY VEHICLE THAT HE HIMSELF APPRAISED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MY PAYOFF WRITTEN ON THE SHEET. HE THEN WANTED TO TRY TO CHANGE THE LOAN AMOUNT AND GET IT APPROVED THROUGH HIS BANK. HE TOLD US TO CALL BACK IN THE MORNING. WE DID. WE TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND HE STARTED RAISING HIS VOICE AND ENDED UP HANGING UP ON US. COMPLETE JERK! More

Traded my 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in on a 1998 Lincoln Mark 8. Was told my car was in an accident and the value I wanted was not there. So I had to settle on a lesser amount. When I asked for a Car Fax t Mark 8. Was told my car was in an accident and the value I wanted was not there. So I had to settle on a lesser amount. When I asked for a Car Fax they told me they used auto Check, Ok Fine. Then I was told they could not get the Auto Check...sometimes this happens on a older car. So I thought ok...I will take their word on that...come to find out I pulled the Auto Check my self and found that based on a score of 24 (very low the scores range from 30-56 for this car) I was not happy. I purchased a car for full price $8495.00 that does not qualify for buy back protection because of items listed on the Auto Check. My car I can't get back and their car (now mine) has a significantly lower value....I'm stuck because of misrepresentation and fraud on their part. I feel liked I've been burned and don't know what I can do. More
