"Exceptional" I purchased a used Toyota last year from Paul. This year I called Paul and we went over everything I was looking over the phone. Paul took the time to listen to me and what I wanted. My husband and I drove to Belair road from PA on a Saturday and test drove the car Paul had ready for me. We walked out with the car a 2019 Rav4 the same day. Paul had everything completed when I drove onto the lot. I signed my name and out the door. It was the best experience I have ever had. Paul was by my side the whole time. He was on vacation and came into the showroom, just to make sure my purchase was smooth sailing. I have bought many cars over the years and this is honestly the FIRST TIME I DIDNOT FEEL AS the salesperson was a predator. He treated me as An EQUAL AND RESPECTED MY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I have had my car 4 plus weeks and all promises or “owes” have been met! If I had to make a suggestion, complimentary vacuum with oil changes. I had to really thing long & hard because oil changes are done free. I think such would keep this positive, new car experience going. More
