I took the time to do this review, a few weeks ago I bought my car in Jerry, and it was a fantastic experience, my sister took me to that place and re I took the time to do this review, a few weeks ago I bought my car in Jerry, and it was a fantastic experience, my sister took me to that place and referred me to a particular person, Jo Jo was a very kind, professional and above all it gives everything of him so that one achieves to have the longed for car, my history will seem long to them but I would like to share it, first I tried to buy used car really I did not see so much difference in price of used car to new car, and it is not known if the auto will be in good condition, I am one of the typical latinos that comes to that country to achieve their dreams and goals, although sometimes many obstacles arise, but thanks to jo jo one of my goals was fulfilled was to have my Highlander, two years ago I had that goal and had not passed the finger of the line, spend a couple of days to see if the bank would finance me and the surprise was that they could not because the amount was very large, ridiculous I would say on their part, I went back to go to Jerry's and I told my situation and Jo Jo immediately tried one way or another that someone could finance me, the staff there helped me a lot, at the end of the day if it was possible after so many paperwork and things that were done, the following day I would be given the car, but I would go to pick it up with my husband, I really did not want him to realize what I spent, he was very stressed those days I wanted to tell him in a quiet moment hahaha , I told Jo Jo and casually that day was his day off, but what a surprise !!! He decided to go there to support me until the last minute !!! and on your day off? who does that today! my only definition is that he is one of the few people who loves what he does, gives everything of him, involves professionalism, friendship and above all heart for what he does, thank you, thank you, thank you very much, may God bless you for that charisma and By helping others, Jerry is fortunate to have you working with them!!! thanks for everything, I can not find the exact words to describe how grateful I am for everything you did, You are a good worker and wonderful person !! Shady undehanded lies I went to jerrys toyata wanting a car with a nice radio that was it . just to get me to work and home. My bankruptcy was discharged so it was hard to I went to jerrys toyata wanting a car with a nice radio that was it . just to get me to work and home. My bankruptcy was discharged so it was hard to get a good deal. A guy named keith brings me a nissan altima 2016. It test drove great nothing wrong. I bring it homeeverything is fine. I start it up later that night and it makes a loud noise. It doesnt soundright. Besides that come to find out the one thing i really wanted was a radio and it was obsolete and there was a recall on a back strap. I took it backthe next daya saturday but of course the manager wasnt there. So i took it back monday. No they said they couldnt take it back cause i signed the paper work. But really i could and they didnt want to do it. The maitenance guy tells me nissans start up thst way and the loud idle noise is to save gas which is not true. I told them i didnt want the car. They insisted it was mine. They told me they would replace the radio and fix the problems. Why am i having problems on a car i just purchased. Anyway i bring the car home the rpms start fluctuating and the car is jerking around. I take the car back nd once again very dispeased. Tommy says whats the problem that he would take care of everything. I said ok. Jerrys wouldnt void the loan even thougb they could they didnt want too. They said it couldnt be done. Tommy said i needed to put 1500 down then it was 500. I woke up the next morning and thought why doi need to put money down after i put 500 down. I called he said i need nothing. Everything is filled out i asked about the altima he said its has to be a repo. I dont know nothing bout this so i said ok. The finance company calls me bout the car i answer questions and he asked bout my fios bill. Im like what bill. Guess what it was forged. Since i had no proof of residence. Anyway i get another finance company and im told this finance company cant find out bout the other car. Im like ok because i wouldnt have been able to get the car. I was told wait til my first payment. Guess what jerrys or tommy had my car towed from the lot even though i was told to leave it there. I confronted tomny and he denied everything but he said i told you no one can find out bout the car. Do not do businesses with these shady people and i will be getting a lawyer....... More
