I’ve never been treated so horrible I dealt with stefani immediately after my car was flooded by her attendants. She was helpful at the moment by getting me into a loaner vehicle while t I dealt with stefani immediately after my car was flooded by her attendants. Every seemed fine I showed her some of my soaked belongings and she asked if she could handle them and I allowed her. When I left the dealership she stated to my boyfriend and I that if there was any damage or anything to let them know when I dropped off the car. That’s when everything turned for the worse. When I came back with the car my boyfriend over heard this woman trash talking me. She was stating she thought everything was handled and what else could I possibly want! She made rude statements in regards to how long we had the rental. She spoke unprofessionally about me to my boyfriend. She also lied to protect herself during the incident. She stated how could my phone be damaged when she saw my boyfriend and I both with our phones! The answer to that is I have another phone for my business which was left in my travel bag which was in my car because no one ever told me to remove all personal items from the car! I came in for an oil change so really no one needed to be in my car! Then she minimized the damage to my vehicle! She blatantly called me a liar and said my windows were only cracked! That wasn’t true the windows were completely down and gallons of water flooded my car because her careless staff thought it was ok to run my car through the car wash with my rear windows down! This company has made my life a living xxxx and stefani is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with!!!!!! Do not come here More

Flooded my car just for an oil. Change Where to begin? Brought rav 4 in for a simple oil change! Waited two hours only to be given a car back that was completely flooded and soaked!!!! The attendant left my windows down in my vehicle and saturated my entire car! All my hair equipment was in the car and my business phone! All was completely soaked and trashed! Then they "clean" my car with shop vacs to remove the water and desecrated my seats!!! They tore and snagged all seats within my vehicle! Not only did they not offer to replace anything they were incredibly rude and told me I signed a waiver when dropping the car off for service and they are not liable for any personal property damage nor for any damage accrued on the interior or exterior! This is what the "manager" mike emailed me as a remedy for the damage his staff caused to my vehicle! I have since reached out to Toyota corporate! Jerry's Toyota is not working with them and is acknowledging the event occurred but is willing to do nothing to fix. I have since contacted an attorney and will be proceeding forward in litigation against this company! The shear ignorance and disrespect I witnessed by this unprofessional team is sickening! The attendant Stephanie is absolutely foul and said horrid things about me to staff members. They minimized the damage they inflicted on my life all over an oil change! I highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them! I will keep the review updated as the court case progresses! More
