Shady practices I had posted a complaint online expressing my concerns about the sales tactics of Jerry’s Toyota based on my experience with them. I was particularly I had posted a complaint online expressing my concerns about the sales tactics of Jerry’s Toyota based on my experience with them. I was particularly concerned with how the price escalated from what was posted online to what it cost when we got there. I was also disturbed that they presumed we wanted an extended warranty and tacked it on to our deal without asking us. Manager Matt bukowski kindly responded to my complaint, expressing interest in learning more about my experience..., but not really. He didn’t return my initial call. I called again today, but sadly feel no better. I was left with a distrusting taste in my mouth after our purchase, and I’m even more disturbed now. I felt Matt to be defensive, rude, and dismissive - behavior unbecoming of a shop manager. More
