Worst experience ever - Not Honest I spoke to the GERARD KING on the phone and I told him that I had to drive for 1.5 hrs to get to the dealer's place. I provided the out of the door pr I spoke to the GERARD KING on the phone and I told him that I had to drive for 1.5 hrs to get to the dealer's place. I provided the out of the door price that I am looking for. Gerard called me again (may be after talking to his supervisor) and said that they are okay with the deal. I drove 1.5 hrs to reach this place. Gerard showed me a different car than that I requested. After test drive, I asked him whether the color I was looking for is available or not. He then told me that the vehicle is sold. He found another vehicle with the same specs that I requested for. While discussing, he started negotiations from the beginning instead of honoring the price that was committed. He did not honor and come up with a different figure. I had to walk away because of this odd behavior. I made all arrangements thinking that I am buying the vehicle. I even sent my vehicle with my friend to home. I had to come back home, which is 80 miles away, with the help of friend and family. I am not sure how Toyota/Jerry is entertaining these kind of people. A "King" who lies and cannot stand on his own words. Very bad experience. More
