Worst Buying Experience Ever A slogan or tagline should be a reminder for a company about how they wish to serve. At Jerry's the tagline "its about you" is a complete joke. I have A slogan or tagline should be a reminder for a company about how they wish to serve. At Jerry's the tagline "its about you" is a complete joke. I have never had a worse buying experience on any purchase in my life. From misleading interest rates that magically dropped in half after I had to nearly walk out, to broken promises about accessories, to having to come back 3 times for the same issue on a brand new car. I never once felt like they cared about any of the problems they created. Jerry's is a web of lies, the slogan should be "its about selling a car to you, then never caring again (the sales manager just flat out STOPPED responding to me). I wish i could give zero stars. There are plenty of Toyota dealers in MD, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! More
