I recently had the pleasure of meeting Paul Southard in charge of the Toyota exchange program. I explained to him my goals and he reassured me that he would do everything in his power to help me achieve them. Under his guidance, I immediately felt at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and the overall rare/impecable employee any business would be lucky to have. Paul answered all my questions and insured I received exactly what I wanted. On that day with the exemplary assistance of Paul and Matt I purchased a gorgeous RAV 4 in ruby red. The finance gentleman Ray, I believe, was incredible as well. He broke down each area of the overall payment of where exactly it was going and its reasoning. He was calm, knowledgeable and very funny. We discussed his beautiful dog Sophie while waiting for paperwork to process. Everyone I encountered at Toyota were a refreshing breath of air. Amazing dealership and service! I went in for standard service on my 2015 RAV4 purchased at Jerrys. I absolutely loved my suv but when I was there started talking to Paul Southard ab I went in for standard service on my 2015 RAV4 purchased at Jerrys. I absolutely loved my suv but when I was there started talking to Paul Southard about possibly upgrading into a new RAV4. He worked with me to find the perfect RAV4 with everything I wanted (which was pretty tricky as picky as I am). Paul and Matt made sure my Dream car fit right in my budget.
