Paul is great and very helpful. I highly recommen him. We went to look at cars on Saturday December 2nd not really wanting to leave with anything. My mother and I knew that I needed a car and the plan was to get a new car for Christmas. Paul helped us and showed up both new and used cars but when it came down to it the new cars were better. He gave us all the details and in the end the new car was just about the same price as a used car if not less. Paul helped us with financial things and helped us get on the right path for buying a new car. He was very helpful and right to the point and was easy to talk to. More

I was not in the market to get a new car until lat My experience with Jerry's Sales & Financing Department provided a great and respectful experience. I was not in the market to get a new car until late 2018. My 2003 Toyota Camry needed costly repairs & I disappointed with service provided & needed. Paul Southard (a respectful & patience sales person) worked with me on purchasing a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 that I was interested in. I was looking for AWD vehicle which would provide for me added security in my travel for work Overnight Shift and leisure travel upstate NY. I did some research and looked around and settled with Jerry's What surprised me was that they Sales (Chad & John) & Financing (Hamid) listened to my needs & concerns and provided positive solutions to my questions & concerns. (Chad & John) Added Strong value to my trade-in. (Christa, Chad, John & Hamid) provided Great feedback for strong better servicing my new purchase better that what I did with my Camry. Hamid & Christa were professional. Hamid addressed my questions on the financing even after I left the dealership and had additional question on the paperwork that came up later after we went over everything step by step. I got my questions answered and even more. Summary: Great experience; Patience; Respectful; Stellar experience Overall. What more can you ask for. More
Really bad customer service I had a really bad experience with the seller name K, after text drive, they gave me $500 for trade in my car,I was discussed with them,became other I had a really bad experience with the seller name K, after text drive, they gave me $500 for trade in my car,I was discussed with them,became other car dealer gave me $5000 for same car trade in a few months ago ,then they suddenly changed to $3500??? I don't think they are honest with me, and I want to go,the seller K started yelled me and said some really bad words, asked me to drive my a piece of trash go back home?? I was so sad and cried, I want to buy a car,but why the seller traded me like that,I will never forever go back that terrible place. More

Our saving grace For nearly 3 weeks, we scoured dealerships trying to find one that would be able to help us out of a situation with our current vehicle. Negative equi For nearly 3 weeks, we scoured dealerships trying to find one that would be able to help us out of a situation with our current vehicle. Negative equity is no joke!! Nima was so helpful and honest with us every step of the way. And Chris the manager really went above and beyond to try to help us while also telling us realistically what we could expect. They even called in favors to Toyota in order to get the deal to work! In the end we walked out with a 2018 Rav4 and a sense of relief that we no longer have to worry about being in a vehicle that will cobtinue to have expensive problems and no warranty. We are so very thankful to the help we received at Jerrys Toyota and will definitely go back to them in the future. More
