Not only does Yolanda is a top notch professional, caring and exceptional service advisor! when I come in to meet with her, I know I'm in good hands. Not only does Yolanda take the time to make my visit hassle free, she also ALWAYS make me feel as if I'm the only customer she will be seeing that day. No one looks foreward to a car repair or service expense but after meeting with Yolanda at Jerry's Toyota on Belair Road service department, I feel I've been well advised and properly taken care of. She does her job with sincerity and has always had an answer for any question I have. In addition to her professionalism, Yolanda assures me that whatever has to be done will be done right and I've grown to trust and feel very comfortable with her being the overseer of my car service. I remember sharing during my first meeting with her, how I dread going to service shops. It's still not my favorite place to visit but Yolanda's personal touch, along with her knowledge and professionalism has made it so much easier. I don't see my car until it has been correctly taken car of with the repairs needed.
