I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware! More

On July 2nd I leased a loaner car from David from Cadillac sales a few weeks after the lease was in affect I received a registration that was not a year from the date of of purchase I was told I neve Cadillac sales a few weeks after the lease was in affect I received a registration that was not a year from the date of of purchase I was told I never paid that fee in the deal. I also received a letter from GM saying I owed $ 1100.00 for turn in fees that were not included in the deal. This was a bad deal and a little shady.
