A Good Experience All Around My purchase with Jidd, was my first online vehicle purchase. I was very weary about buying a car this way. I had hoped to fly out to the dealership pe My purchase with Jidd, was my first online vehicle purchase. I was very weary about buying a car this way. I had hoped to fly out to the dealership personally, but life got in the way. Noting my concern, Brian, the sales rep who handled my purchase, really made the sale as he went above and beyond to show me every detail of the car that I asked (even getting the car up on a service rack for a view of the undercarriage). He even provided video of the vehicle being driven down the road, a "virtual test drive" if you will. The buying process with Jidd was quick and painless, and in the end the vehicle arrived exactly as expected. I couldn't be happier! There was a hiccup with the temporary tag for the vehicle (things happen), but the problem was handled quickly upon request. I can definitely say that I enjoyed my experience with Jidd more so than any other dealership, and I didn't even physically set foot on the lot (I plan too in the future when it's time for my next purchase). Solid used car dealership - Arturo helped me out Came in to test drive an Infinity Q50, which is a sports sedan. Arturo let me drive it freely to feel the power of the engine no problem. After the test drive I was able to test the limits of the sounds system and engine in the parking lot and he had no problem letting me do that. Thanks to him and his team's friendly customer service and willingness to work with me with any concerns I had - I purchased the Q50 from them. More
