I was able to view the vehicle (360), see how it was equipped, and read the Car Fax report, all online. Once I determined that I was interested in the vehicle I sent an email to Jidd Motors and received an immediate email response. A sales representative contacted me via email the next morning. My sales person was Penny and she was fantastic. She kept in constant contact with me and expertly guided me through the process of purchasing a used vehicle from out of state. I was also able to work with her on my vehicle trade in. If Penny didn’t know the answer to something, or it was something she didn’t usually handle, she kept things moving and got me to the people at the dealership that I needed to see. It’s a big place with a ton of cars, but I was treated by Penny and the rest of the Jidd Motors folks like I was the most important thing. I also like the post purchase follow up by Penny to see if I was happy with the car. Being able to finance the car at the dealership was so great. I had a monthly payment in mind and the supervisor, Jimmy, and the finance person really made it work. Thanks for the great purchase experience! More
