I don't provide reviews easily yet this one comes quite effortlessly. With a loan pre-approval on my side, I was invited to stop by Jidd Motors to check out the vehicle selection. I was contacted immediately by Talia on the web team who was patient, informed, professional and effective on all angles, never pushing for a sale as is typical in the car shopping world. Once I made it in, a quiet sales professional approached me. We started talking and looking at the cars of my choice, showing me this one and the other, never pushing and always listening and honoring my preset parameters for a vehicle. When I clearly communicated my disapproval of some vehicles we test drove, I was never made to feel uncomfortable, which I appreciated deeply. I saw the certification for honoring professional conduct and privacy which to me were important. I wanted to know I am working with someone qualified. I asked many questions and had normal objections, all which were handled with ease; all my doubts were put to rest when I became tired and cranky, coming unprepared with papers clearly outlined to have on-hand, all while calmly being assisted to supply. It's important to outline Arturo's patience and calmness throughout the entire process. Mom of 3 wonderful humans, with a full time job and waking up early everyday, one can understand my energy is pretty depleted pushing beyond 9 p.m. I can say with confidence that it was my lucky day to drive away with the vehicle after my own heart, all made possible by the ever so calm and reassuring Andrew the Finance Manager. While I am done purchasing a vehicle for now, the team at Jidd Motors will continue to be highly recommended to all my family, friends and co-workers. Buying a used car Our overall experience with Jidd Motors was good. However, the dealership advertises that they check and certify their used cars we were told that the car we purchased was in good condition. which was not entirely true... this passed Monday, the car wouldn't start.... it needed brakes and the axle was broken. what I don't understand is that they repeated over and over that they care about their reputation and wouldn't sell an "unsafe" car but I'm pretty sure brakes are important to have on a car. More

The car I bought previously had the tires way overinflated and that was the same on the car I purchased this time. That must be an old car dealer trick. I chose a car at a fair price but the processing took a very long time even though the dealer wasn't very busy at the time. The car bought was prepared or prepped for delivery and it looked like the tires were shined and that's about it. The glass on the interior of the front and rear windows had spots all over them, which was annoying. The car smelled and not only from the air freshener but from smoke which I didnt notice while test driving because of the air conditioning. I found the finance guy is complete pro and made that part easy once I got in there. I'm looking forward to having my car serviced there in the future as I have the extended warranty, 5 year. Both salespersons that I've dealt with at Jidd have been complete pros. Lou Soluri, with this car, was attentive and explained everything clearly. The last time we had Karim we were very pleased with him as well. I have suggested your dealership to others and not surprisingly they had already heard of Jidd with one about to buy a car from you. In summary, I do like this dealership and their pricing is fair. Car prep could be better. More

Great experience with used car purchase I went in looking to spend approximately $5,000. To my surprise, I actually walked out with a car in better condition than the one I came for at appro I went in looking to spend approximately $5,000. Brian from sales was great at listening to what I needed and finding a match after my original target car wasn’t in the condition I expected. The only fault I would say the experience had was waiting time. This includes time to get the car ready for the initial driving phase and time between sale and final paperwork. More
