Got info via chat, then a very knowledgeable receptionist called to confirm my interest. She booked an appointment for me and when I drove in from about 100 miles away, the salesperson greeted me and had the car ready. One week later I drove in my trade and we finalized the deal. The basics were already covered over the phone and via text so process was smooth. My salesperson Jeff was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Couldn’t ask for more! More

Liar....Liar WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Upon my request for availability of Nissan Murano, they scheduled (on February 2 at 11:35 am) VIP appointment for 2 pm. I was WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Upon my request for availability of Nissan Murano, they scheduled (on February 2 at 11:35 am) VIP appointment for 2 pm. I was at dealership 1:55 pm, looking for VIP salesman; but instead charlie manager told me Frank will be at my service. 15 minutes latter Frank informed me that car that they were holding for me is SOLD and offer me other options, but if I give him a ride to another building; which I did. 5 vehicles that I was interest to buy where in NO WORKING CONDITION, but Volvo SUV that was just traded in will be available for me ASAP. Car was nice, they didn't let me test drive it until pass their test. I give salesman Frank ride back to building where this story started. Seven days latter NO CALLS, NO DEAL JUST WASTING 3 HOURS OF MY TIME AND 3 GALLONS OF GAS ! So dear customers go to this dealership and be SCREWED like I was. More
