Overall good experience with minor concern First of all, I have good experience with Jidd motors. Ken and their manager are very friendly and the transaction is smooth. Since I out of state purchase, Jeff picked me up at Car rental place so I can drive the car back a week later. Ken take care of the car title so I am able to register the car in time. My minor concern is their saleman Artur. I didn't know if he wasn't in a good mood or because I wasn't supposed to be his client at the beginning (since I am out of state customer and I should work with Ken), my feeling was that he didn't care. When I pointed out there was some errors in the car description, he became very defensive and hard to communicate. Also, when we checked if the active seat worked, he said the active seat was working even the switch was actually off. I didn't know what to say. Another concern was an error message of the car. Carfax showed an oil change record in August 2017 by Jidd motors. However, this BMW showed oil change due in 11/2017 which meant last oil change was done at 11/2016. I don't know if they forget to reset car service schedule or they didn't do the oil change. I couldn't tell and that bothers me to schedule my next oil change. More
