Bought vehicle, items verbally promised were not provided I bought a used GLK350 vehicle from Jidd Motors. I was told to come back for the second key. I came back for the key and no key was provided. I was I bought a used GLK350 vehicle from Jidd Motors. I was told to come back for the second key. I came back for the key and no key was provided. I was sent to a REAL Mercedes dealership for a key that cost me $300. The remote lock and unlock function of the vehicle did not work. I was told the vehicle came with it. I again went to another dealership to try to get it repaired. I spent another $200+ dollars to get it repaired. Found out that the dealer lied about the options on the vehicle. I've contacted management at the business multiple times and they refuse to make things wright. It has been a year and still no satisfaction. More
