Deceptive Used Car Dealer- Avoid This is an unprofessional back lot car dealership with an updated facade that does not respect it's customers or value their time. I worked directly with their sales manager Shahin "Sean" over the phone. I told him I'd like for us to agree on ballpark numbers prior to making an hour drive over there with my newborn. I sent him pics, vin, mileage, options, etc. He assured me the numbers worked and that the dealer owner just needed to take a quick look at my trade in. Upon arrival, both him and the dealership owner looked over my car for 5 seconds, found no flaws but now demanded an extra $3500 to make the deal work. Their word means nothing. Their goal is to get you in the door to work you over. They personify the stereotypical used car dealer. More
