Very pleased with the experience. I was well taken care of! I noticed this car was priced very competitively and in the range I was willing to spend. I didn't know anything about this dealership, so I looked up their name on Google. I found they have an overwhelming number of positive reviews on Google. This made me feel more comfortable with dealing with them. There LIVE Help Chat on their website was also very helpful as well. I worked with Jeff Guido who picked me up at the airport since I flew in from out of state. He was very professional and friendly. He did his best to answer all my questions and find out anything that he didn't immediately know. I was very pleased with him overall. He even got me some extra incentives to take some of the travel expenses off of my shoulders. He really did try to make this a great experience, which it was. There were a few small quarks towards the end of the sale. Mostly small things, that wasn't too much of a big deal. The car wasn't prepared & detailed to what I thought was an acceptable condition. Jeff had them redo the detailing, which did come out better the 2nd time. However, there was a boot print on the backseat the 2nd time the car came out of the detailing area. I laughed at this and was able to completely remove the print with a little TLC after I got it home. No big deal! Another thing, which I do want to say Jeff had corrected was the car was missing 2 out of the 4 locking lug nuts. I didn't notice this till after I drove the car back home. Jeff promised to have me reimbursed if I chose to replace the missing lugs. He did just that and I actually received the check today. I'm very happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely go back to this dealership if I ever needed a car and it made sense financially for myself to travel the distance to Jidd Motors. I would recommend trying to have Jeff as your salesman. There was never any pressure to be unsold on any of the optional care / warranty packages. I had a very good experience here! More

Excellent service!!! We were looking for a car for more than six months, but always something wasn’t right-either features were missing or colors we didn’t like...
