Was told brand new battery that I installed was “bad” so I was told it needed to be replaced. Took battery back to auto parts store to return it, they tested it and said the battery was good. I have been trying for 24hours to get a price for a air conditioning compressor. I've talked to service then parts then back to service coordinator Lori. Then she's tells me you don't talk to me and parts conditioning compressor. I've talked to service then parts then back to service coordinator Lori. Then she's tells me you don't talk to me and parts says you don't talk to me they keep transferring me from one recording to another to leave a message . Because no one answers their phones then no one calls me back when I leave a message for twenty four hours til I call back again. It's been 24 hours I still can't get a price from anyone at the dealer I just get phone recordings. This is really messed up I can't get one simple price and labor cost. More
