I had recently made an appointment online for a brake change at 4:00pm. I received a text with a YES confirmation that I will make the appointment the previous day of my appointment. Then an 1 1/2 hr the change at 4:00pm. I received a text with a YES confirmation that I will make the appointment the previous day of my appointment. Then an 1 1/2 hr the day of the appointment, I got a call stating that the service that I was asking for is on a first come basis and that my appointment time will not be done in time. WOW I was pretty 😠 upset and frustrated how badly the customer service was in regards to notifying me in a timely manner. At this point I ask to speak to a Manager, then Ralph came on the line. I had explained to him the I was counting on this appointment and that I had to leave out of town the next day and how frustrating I was for the poor communication and that now not honoring my appointment. I was 😡 mad. then Ralph ask me about the brake situation and then was able assist me with in competing my service. NOW if you ask me that is an EXCEPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are on a 6 month trip & we had reservations that limited our time in Bakersfield. Your staff understood my situation & made adjustments to fit my truck in your schedule. My check engine light had been on for several days & I am pulling a 20,000 lb fifth wheel camper. I came in & your technician determined my TCM needed a software update , which resolved the check engine light. The technician installed carpet & seat protector in my truck while he was working on it. Everyone was so helpful & friendly. I know you have a process for scheduling appointments but I appreciate everything everyone did to fix my problem & allow us to continue without needing to worry about damaging my truck. More
