Took my car in for service to fix excessive road noise and they said there was nothing they could do. If they would have their body shop look at it they might find the problem. waited 3 weeks for a appointment. When I showed up Advisor said it would take a couple of days. 2 Days later on Friday I called and the advisor said they would not get to it until Mon When I showed up Advisor said it would take a couple of days. 2 Days later on Friday I called and the advisor said they would not get to it until Monday or Tuesdoy. and he would get me a rental car. When I finally Picked up the car on Wednesday They said the problem was from rodents chewing wires. Was ok with paying bill but then they charged me for the rental they gave me because they were taking so long. Should have told me in the begining that I would have to pay for the rental. If i would have known would not have taken it. Won't be Going back. More
Had my truck sitting in the lot for 8 days before even touching it. Diagnosed as a “software update” that was causing my transmission to act up, but when asked if I could do the update myself, the answer touching it. Diagnosed as a “software update” that was causing my transmission to act up, but when asked if I could do the update myself, the answer was not unless I had the special tools which means I spent $380 for a software update that meant I was out of using my truck (which I use for work) for 8 days for a 30 min software update. More

My lug nuts and right front passenger wheel were scratched and grooved. Had to find issue on my own no one mentioned to me and there is no way the personnel who preformed my vehicle service. I wil scratched and grooved. Had to find issue on my own no one mentioned to me and there is no way the personnel who preformed my vehicle service. I will not be returning unless it is for warranty work. Very disappointed. More
