"The service dept. made my visit fast & pleasant"
Went for my routine oil change. The service dept got me in and out in no time and as always were so pleasant and cordial, as well as the rest of the Jim Butler team.

Didn’t explain the auto start to me after being programmed into my car. I emailed the service advisor a question that I had about it and never even received a response back. Anymore dealerships are so much bigger then what they use to be and it’s more about sales and not the customers and I definatly see that with this dealership even though they do a good job.

I just bought a new Chevy truck. I drove Chevys when I was younger and ended up driving Ford trucks for a while. I switched back to Chevy and was lucky to get a great salesman there at Jim Butler Chevrolet. He made the process go as well as it possibly could have (Thanks John).
