My truck had a problem with the AC System. On the first visit the service department replaced a leaking hose that they found. This did not solve the problem. Throughout this process it was very difficult to get updates from my service advisor as to the status of the repairs or investigation into the problem. I had to call repeatedly and even go to the dealership in person to get updates. More

I had an 8:30am appointment and was told it would take aprox 1.5 hours. I left at 11:15 which is 1.25 hours longer,that was not good.
