Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, dropped truck off a few minutes before appointment time. Truck sat the rest of the week (4 days) without ever even being looked at. I picked it up Friday night and More

We attempt to be transparent at the time of drop off about how long it will take us to look at your vehicle. We understand that when your vehicle breaks down it can be very frustrating. Your appointment time is to meet with your service advisor to triage and set a game plan for your vehicle. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tech. In your case the appropriate service tech was a journeyman tech. Our journeymen techs are currently 4 days out from drop off. We are diligently working to improve on our wait times and hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
