Due to your recent price increase on oil changes I decided to do my own. (I have been doing my own oil changes for over 50 years ) the last oil change was done at Jim Butler. They installed the oil fi decided to do my own. (I have been doing my own oil changes for over 50 years ) the last oil change was done at Jim Butler. They installed the oil filter so tight I couldn't remove it without damaging it. I called Zac and he said they would do it. I took the truck to your shop and they completed the oil change at no charge to me. They told me that it took a big tool to remove the old oil filter. This is not the first problem I've had from your oil change techs. Please provide better training for them and someone to oversee their work. More
