This includes your oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and fluid top off. This service is performed by GM certified tech. I bought the truck from Jim Butler and extended warranty They wouldn't fix my truck sent it somewhere else To be fixed had to fight to get anything done all in all I am out $800 out of my own pocket it aft More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to you expectations. We would like to you know that the reason we had to sent you vehicle somewhere else is because you came in with an active grill shutter. When the new part is installed it has to be programmed. Being that we are a Chevrolet dealership we don't have the proper equipment to do this. We don't believe that this is an issue that was there when you purchased because each time your vehicle was in our shop it was regarding a check engine light. As a Missouri dealer, we are not allowed to sell vehicles that have active check engine lights. It is our understanding that you spent the $800 on maintenance work. There is no warranty that will cover maintenance work. If this is not the case please reach out to me directly at toden@jimbutlerchevrolet.com.

You're right the active shutter code was there but that didn't set off the check engine light it was a stored code you sent my truck to sunset to have that fixed which it never even got looked at at sunset Ford the only thing they did was the spark plug that you guys Said was fixed back in April and the exhaust manifold gaskets i had to pay 800$ to have a coolant line and oil line replaced that has to be replaced when taking the turbos off but this $4500 bumper to bumper warrenty i was sold doest cover it for whatever reason
