Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your service advisor was correct. We do offer a nitro membership that our customers can purchase that will include nitro refills, roadside assistance, road hazard and tire replacement (terms and conditions apply). Otherwise, unfortunately, we do have to charge to refill your nitro as this is not regular air. If you have an agreement with Weber then we are glad they can honor this. If you have the name to of the person that said that you didn't need an appointment and that there was never a charge for nitro we would like to know so that we can correct this. Should you need regular air topped off, this is a free service and does not require an appointment.
