It has gotten better in the past few months. It was still a 90 minute wait, but that is better than 3 hours, like the last time I was in there. Their waiting area has improved. When people are waiting for long periods of time like that, they watch TV for awhile & play games on their phone for awhile. More

I didn’t have a very good experience with the service department this time, which is disappointing because my previous experiences have been positive. First of all, they told me it would take 3-5 days to department this time, which is disappointing because my previous experiences have been positive. First of all, they told me it would take 3-5 days to diagnose my truck. I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and they didn’t even get it pulled into the shop until Tuesday afternoon of the following week. Every time I called for a status update, the service advisor assigned to me was either busy, on the phone, or gone for the day (at like 4:45pm). On the rare chance I did get a hold of him, he didn’t know anything. He said he would call me back but didn’t. Finally I had to just go get my truck without him calling me because I needed it to help some family move that weekend. Again, the service advisor assigned to me was gone for the day but the advisor that grabbed my keys said they’d mail me the paperwork within a week. No surprise I never got it and I had to call them and finally I got someone to email it to me. The worst part is my truck still isn’t fixed. My rear suspension creaks horribly and my check engine light comes on every couple of days and disables my remote start. I’m extremely disappointed with the poor quality of service I received and and the poor communication. Based on this experience, I will most likely be going to a different dealer for service in the future and I would hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service department and their group of fly by night mechanics somehow screwed up my the while in for a recall and some other warranty issues.
