Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We would like to reassure you that our technicians are GM Certified and would not be able to work on your vehicle otherwise. During my investigation I learned that while we were performing the recall on your ECM (engine control module), your vehicle locked us out and the ECM was corrupted completely causing us to replace the ECM completely. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the programing, this came from GM. We are glad that we were able to get you taken care of. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
