Please understand that your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change. This includes your oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and fluid top off. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits. During my investigation I also learned that we could not find any rough shifts after the vehicle reached normal temp. If your vehicle is still shifting roughly after it's at normal temp please bring it back so that we can take a look at it.
