I had a 1pm apt for an oil change & emission test. ..3.5 hrs later, my Tahoe was done, after I saw customer after customer, who arrived after me, come and go. I have taken my care in to jim butler 2 times now to get it back and the same code that was there when they scanned it the 2nd time has not happen again. I would think they would test drive the cars and ma it back and the same code that was there when they scanned it the 2nd time has not happen again. This will be the 3rd time I have been out of my care in a matter for 1.5 months I can't not believe I have had so many issues . More
